​Sarah Armstrong has over 25 years experience in Massage Therapy with masters training in Fascial Structural Integration along with Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Extensively training in body-oriented therapy such as MABT and Somatic Experiencing. Currently enrolled and completing education in both programs, with both steeped in the intention of connecting and building one's skills of interoception. Trauma informed.
